My overall experience working with Jaylen was beyond expectations. One thing that stood out to me was his communication skills. He made sure every party involved in the signing were on the same page, whether it was 7 in the morning or 12 at night he would answer his phone and get to the bottom of every question or concern I had. The signing wouldn't have gone as smoothly if it wasn't for him. Also he was willing to put in the extra work like driving me to go see the unit and helping me move furniture. He was always on time and extremely organized. Overall the greatest part of my experience was how much he cared. At certain times through the transaction it seemed as if he cared more than I did about getting me the unit and did everything he could to make sure I got the unit I liked.
